Raft the Snake River Canyon
Experience Jackson Hole like you never have before with a whitewater rafting trip down the Snake River Canyon. SUP on String Lake
For a less intense and calmer water activity, head out to String Lake for some stand-up paddleboarding. The water tends to be warmer and is not very deep, making this a great location for beginners. Hiking
It goes without saying that one of the best ways to discover Jackson Hole in the summer is with a hike. While there are plenty of hiking trails in both Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone National Park, several local trails near the town offer equally beautiful views without the national park entrance fees or crowds.

Ride the tram
Gain new perspectives of Jackson Hole with a tram ride from Jackson Hole Resort to the top of Rendezvous Mountain. Soaring high above the town, the tram takes you over 4,000 vertical feet for some of the most spectacular views in town. Once at the top, access a large network of trails that will guide you through the beautiful landscape of the Bridger-Teton National Forest. A popular route is a hike down to the top of the Bridger Gondola for a beer.
