Rooms

All of our queen bunk rooms are equipped with a microwave, small refrigerator a coffee maker with coffee and supplies and a sitting table with two chairs.

One queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds (full-length sized).  The bunk beds have quilted bedding while the queen bed has plush comforters.  Basic accommodations at a fair cost to you.  Sleeps 2-4.  If you have a ground or top floor preference, please request it at the time of booking and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Rate based on double occupancy.  Additional person charge of $10 per person, per night for the 3rd and 4th person will be applied to your reservation regardless of age.  Please let us know if your family pet is joining you on vacation as our pet-friendly availability is limited.  All of our guest rooms are smoke free.

This room has one queen bed with a cozy down-alternative comforter, a private bath room with nice bath amenties and a kitchen sitting bar (some with granite upgrades) and bar stools. 

The full sized refrigerator, oven/stove and dishwasher and stocked cabinets allow you to cut the costs of eating out for every meal.  

Please let us know at the time of booking if you have a ground or top floor preference and we will make every effort to accommodate your requests.  If your family pet is joining you on vacation, please let us know at the time of booking as pet-friendly room availability is limited.  All of our guest rooms are non-smoking.

This room type is a combination of the Kitchen Queen and Queen Bunk rooms combined with an interior connecting door between the two.  One queen bed, a set of bunk beds and a full bathroom in in the bedroom on one side with the full kitchen, bathroom and one queen bed in the other bedroom makes this a great alternative for families or singles vacationing together who need separate beds. 

The fully stocked kitchen will cut your eating out costs! Sleeps 4-6. 

Rate based on Quad occupancy (4 people).  There is an additional person charge of $10 per person for the 5th and 6th persons in this room type regardless of age of the person.

Please let us know at the time of booking if you prefer a ground or upper level room and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. We have only one 2-room unit pet-friendly unit, so please call ahead for availability.  Pet fee of $20 per pet, per room applies.

Nicely furnished 2-bedroom, one bath condo.  Each bedroom has one queen bed with nice, new bedding, a closet, a dresser and two night stands.  There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room.  This unit has all new furniture for the 2011 summer season. 

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything except your food!  The new cabinets, appliances and granite countertops are wonderful.  This unit is on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the pool.  2-night minimum; multi night discounts. 

Very nice, great value...divide the cost of one night in this deluxe condo by two motel rooms in Jackson and you'll see what a great deal this is!!   Rate based on Quad occupancy.  Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
